Yes. You can dedicate your donation to a specific campaign, set pickup restrictions, or add notes. When a match is proposed, you have the option to accept or decline.
Donations stay active for 30 days by default. You can extend or cancel them from "My Donations" at any time.
Go to "Request" in the navigation and describe what you need — title, category, quantity, urgency level, and why you need it. Verified organizations can post larger bulk requests.
Any registered user can post requests. Organizations that have been verified by our admin team can post bulk requests on behalf of their beneficiaries.
You'll receive a notification when a match is proposed. You can track progress from "My Requests" and through the messages feature.
Our matching engine scores every donation against every open request based on category compatibility, location proximity, quantity match, urgency, and user trust scores. High-scoring matches are proposed automatically.

Meet in public places when possible. For large items, bring a friend. Verify the recipient's profile before handing over high-value items. Use the platform messaging — never share personal contact details externally.
Weapons, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit goods, and any illegal items are strictly prohibited. Perishable food must be within safe consumption dates.
Donors can arrange their own delivery or request a volunteer driver from our network. Logistics is tracked in real time from pickup to delivery.
Register with the "Driver" account type. Once verified, you'll receive match notifications for deliveries near your location.
